Office is both welcoming and staffed with hyper-capable individuals. I appreciate the genuine way Dr. S and team interact with patients - not at all the cookie cutter approach you might experience elsewhere. I will definitely be coming back - hopefully not too soon.

Let me preface this by saying I am not a fan of the dentist. It's hard to find someone who actually enjoys going to the dentist. This was my first time going to Grand Rapids Dentistry and I was blown away by the service they provided. They immediately put me at ease. They were generous in their explanations of what they were doing, each little process, and the continued conversations and interactions with the entire staff were more than welcome. I am eager to return to see all of their smiling faces. Thank you!

I highly recommend Dr. Baldwin and her staff at GR Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist. Dr. Baldwin, Danean, Mary, and the other ladies at the office are so welcoming, friendly, and hands-on. They genuinely care about making a positive difference in the lives of their patients. If you've ever been afraid of going to the dentist - this place is for you! The ladies here will be sure to make you feel comfortable, and work with you on a plan to get your teeth where they should be. They are sensitive to each patient's needs, their prices are fair in comparison to competitors in the area, and the location is easy to find with parking available. These ladies will help you fall in love with your smile - and make you laugh while they work their magic on your teeth. I wish I would have gone to see Dr. Baldwin sooner, as she has been extremely kind with helping me correct years of poor dental health. Thank you for showing the kindness and compassion you do with your patients - this world needs more people like you, Dr. Baldwin!

Great staff and facility, works great around your schedule. I had an issue with my insurance, they covered the 80% that would have been covered. Been with this office all my life, and now through the buy out of my office I was in. Tools are more high tech, x-rays are very fast. I feel I'm in great hands with this office. I will get my insurance changed so they can stay my Dentist for years to come.

If I lived local Grand Rapids Dental would be my choice for dental care. I was in town for business, cracked a tooth and in need of an emergency repair. They were able to make room for me to get in. The office staff was welcoming and helpful, Dr Baldwin was thorough and offered a couple of options for treatment. Dr. Baldwin and Jenna expedited the treatment painlessly, quickly and got me on my way. GRD is #1 in my book!

My three boys and I come to this office. Dr. S and her staff have been great at taking care of my kids and their cavities. Mary is very knowledgeable about my insurance; there aren't ever any surprises at the end of the appointments. Their hygienists are very friendly and thorough. Finally, I found an office that we don't mind going to!

I've only had one visit at this office, but my first impressions are nothing but positive. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Baldwin explained everything really clearly and didn't rush through my exam at all. She explained what she was looking for and what she was doing and just seemed very thorough in her examination overall. Scheduling was really easy and my out of pocket costs were determined and communicated ahead of time. I felt well taken care of and am very happy with my decision to go with this practice. Good vibes all around from everyone.

Tara is the most wonderful hygienist! My kids all love her. I took my 3 year old daughter for her first visit today and she was very nervous but Tara made her feel so comfortable. She was so happy and actually enjoyed the appointment. Dr. Baldwin is great too! Our whole family goes here.

Over the weekend I had an issue with a cracked tooth that quickly turned into an infection, which was extremely painful. I placed a call into Grand Rapids Dentistry on Sunday evening, and Monday morning the Grand Rapids Dentistry office staff were able to get me an emergency appointment with Dr. Baldwin. The care and empathy that Dr. Baldwin provided during my emergency appointment was simply put… overwhelming. I cannot express enough the level of appreciation I have for Dr. Baldwin and the entire staff at Grand Rapids Dentistry. Thank you for your overall care and personal attention that was provided to me. This type of care and compassion that Grand Rapids Dentistry gave me made my Monday less stressful, and most important less painful.
